How refund requests are reviewed for paid courses, subscriptions, duplicate payments, failed payments, and account access issues.

Refund eligibility

Refunds are reviewed according to the purchased course or plan, payment status, access history, promotional terms, and applicable consumer protection rules.

How to request a refund

Email support@adaptiveelearnings.com with your name, registered email address, course or plan name, payment date, amount, transaction reference if available, and a short reason for the request.

Review timeline

We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are generally sent back to the original payment method, and bank or payment processor timelines may vary.

Non-refundable items

Completed services, one-to-one sessions already delivered, and downloadable materials already accessed may not be refundable.
